Ingredients (Serves 4)

4 x Choc Fudge Alpen Light bar (Hexb) 

1 x 250g pot of Quark

2 x tbsp sweetner

1 x treat size flake ( 9g mini) - 2.5 syns

1 x Options Belgian Choc sachet - 2 syns

• Press alpen bars into glass ramekin or similar to cover base (ours are old GU pots) 
• mix quark, sweetner and options chocolate sachet together until thoroughly mixed. 
• Layer over the alpen bar. 
• Sprinkle flake over the top
• Chill for 2 hours in the fridge to set.
